Automatic attachments for emails AE053

General description #

The extension allows you to define which attachments of invoices and reminders should be automatically attached to sent emails.

You can get to the list of attachments by clicking on Attachments in the right part of the window (by clicking on the number of documents). Here it is possible to add new files and use the Attach to Email flag to set whether they should be automatically attached.

Settings #

On the page General Ledger Setup the field Max No. of Attachments per Email determines the maximal number of attachments that can be send via e-mail. If the field is empty, the limit is not applied. In case of enabling the field Show Error After Exceeding Attachment Limit and the limit is exceeded, then the user is not allowed to send an e-mail. If the field is disabled, user is informed about the limit exceeding.
